Championship Refund Policy
If you are unable to compete in an event all requests for processing of refunds need to be in writing and lodged with the national office 48 hours prior to the event. For emergency withdrawals the competitor must call the National Office as soon as practicable. The office has an answering machine if unattended. Each request will be decided individually. A processing fee will apply.
